II What is included

Three plain promises, written down before the booking is taken.

01

A named driver

It is Imran on the booking and Imran at your door. No dispatcher, no roulette, no second-guessing who is in the car when you open the boot.

02

Flight tracking

Return pickups follow your inbound flight, not the schedule. I am at the terminal when you land, with the car not the kerb-side meter.

03

Fixed price by WhatsApp

You see the full fare in a message before you confirm. The number quoted is the number paid, with the airport drop-off charge itemised so nothing is hidden.

III Manchester drop-off, explained

Two ways to land at the terminal. You choose.

Manchester Airport charges every vehicle that pulls up to the T2 and T3 forecourts. I do not bury it in the fare. It sits on the quote as a line item, and there is a free alternative if you prefer not to pay it.

Option A

Terminal forecourt drop

Door to door. I pull up at T1, T2 or T3, you step out, the boot is open. The forecourt charge is £5 for 5 minutes at T2 and T3, added as a line on your quote.

I also carry the Manchester Airport Private Hire Concession Card, which knocks up to 40% off that charge where eligible.

Option B

JetParks 1 & free shuttle

I drop at JetParks 1 instead. A free airport-run shuttle takes you the last leg to the terminal. Adds roughly ten minutes to the journey and removes the forecourt charge entirely.

Sensible for early-morning trips without heavy luggage and travellers who would rather not pay the £5.

IV From booking to boot

A pickup process without scripts.

Four steps, one person, no in-app chat with a different driver every time. The same number from quote to drop-off.

  1. 01

    You send a postcode

Any LS, BD, WF, HD or HG postcode, your flight date, and the time you would like to set off. WhatsApp is simplest; a phone call works too.

  2. 02

    The fixed quote comes back

Usually within five minutes during waking hours. Saloon fare, forecourt charge if any, total in writing. Confirm and the slot is held.

  3. 03

A reminder lands the night before

A short message confirming pickup time, the car, and a number to reach me on. Nothing to print, nothing to install.

  4. 04

A text when the car leaves

On the morning, a status update when I set off from base, and another with a photo of the car when I am outside, plate clearly visible.

Ten years between West Yorkshire and Manchester Airport.

Imran has driven the M62 corridor since 2015. He knows where the average-speed cameras change, which side of T2 the early easyJet queue blocks, and why a 4:10am set-off from Roundhay is calmer than 4:30am. Licensed by Leeds City Council, DBS-checked, Hire and Reward insured.

VI From the back seat

Two recent runs to Manchester.

Booked Imran for a 4am pickup out of Roundhay for our flight to Malaga. He text the night before, text again when he set off, and was parked on the road with the boot open before I had locked the front door. Fixed price, paid card in the car, dropped us right at T2. The job done properly.

Family of four, MAN T2 · early morning

We had three big cases and a buggy and were nervous about whether it would all fit. Imran sorted it without fuss and even fitted a child seat for our youngest. The price was the price, no add-ons sprung at the end. We have used him three times since.

VII Frequent Questions

Answered straight, before you ask.

If your question is not here, send it on WhatsApp. The reply is from me, not a chatbot.

01 How much luggage fits for a Manchester run?
The Auris Estate takes three full-size cases and three carry-ons comfortably. For four adults with a full set of large cases, mention it on WhatsApp and I will confirm in writing before the booking goes in the diary.
02 Can you fit a baby or child seat?
Yes, included at no extra charge. A Group 1 seat and a high-back booster live in the boot. Send the child’s age and weight on WhatsApp and the right one will be fitted before pickup.
03 What happens if my return flight is delayed?
I track the inbound flight from your booking reference. The Manchester collection slides to the actual landing time, not the scheduled one. There is no waiting fee for delays outside your control, and the first hour of post-landing wait is included free.
04 How do I pay the £89?
In the car at the end of the journey: card, contactless, Apple Pay or Google Pay. No deposit is taken for one-off bookings. Bank transfer is available for account customers and corporate bookings.
05 What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation any time more than 24 hours before pickup. Inside 24 hours, half the agreed fare. Inside two hours of pickup, the full fare. I send a confirmation the day before in case anything has changed at your end.
