Within 24 hours, half the fare covers the lost slot. We never charge for flight cancellations, delays past my control, or genuine emergencies. Same rules for us if I have to stand a job down.
Replies 06:00 to 22:00 daily. Earlier or later, WhatsApp anyway. I will see it when I am on the road.
